We were in a hurry, though the continental breakfast looked hot. Booked the hotel for its great and lovely location close to nearby attractions, cafes, prom/ tram and Blackpool.

It was a wonderful stay, beautifully designed place. Everything was superb, personnel was extremely helpful and amiable. The location was nice, nearby a tram station, if you need it. I tried some drinks at bar Gynn Pub & Restaurant, located 5 minutes walk away.

The property was nicely decorated and absolutely fantastic, I would definitely recommend!

Located in the nice quiet zone, it was a nice base for summer holidays. My double room with fresh decor, Continental breakfast, for instance was budget. The staff were amiable and excellent lot of the time. I greatly enjoyed that the hotel was 15 minutes drive from the airport.

Well-equipped room with comfortable beds, coffee, a TV set, and a small fridge. Peaceful setting, so close to tram/bus, the main promenade and North pier on the promenade. Again, walking distance to Genting Casino Blackpool.

We think it's an amazing base for staying in Blackpool. The continental breakfast is the best. It offers marvellous and particularly good location so close to the seafront. Every time in Blackpool we stay in this hotel.

We loved how close this hotel was to the tram stop and the promenade. The location was perfect for us as it was quiet but still within walking distance to the North Pier. The breakfast had a great selection, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of this hotel was on point.

    All good.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel and it exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and I was warmly welcomed by the host upon arrival. The continental breakfast had a great variety of options, although I would have preferred a cooked breakfast. The hotel's location was a bit far from the city center, but it was a pleasant stroll on a sunny day. The room itself was spotless and comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, such as bathrobes and slippers. The host was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a cozy and pleasant stopover.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with a tram stop just a short walk away. It was away from the fair and Blackpool trams, providing a peaceful atmosphere. the room was clean and well-decorated, with comfortable bedding. the bathroom was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. the service provided by the host was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection of options, including a sausage sandwich and pastries. the hotel provided a convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

The neighboring seagulls were quite noisy, especially during the night, which could be a downside for light sleepers.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. the attention to detail was impeccable. From the clean and modern rooms to the fresh flowers and the provision of slippers and dressing gowns, it was clear that the hotel went above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. Secondly, the location was perfect - situated in a quiet area but still within walking distance of all the attractions. Lastly, the continental breakfast had a good selection and catered to different dietary needs. an excellent value for money.

All was absolutely fine during my stay.

The hotel is in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle. We loved being close to the beautiful beach and having a tram stop just a short walk away. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of local knowledge. The rooms were decorated with a funky style and were spotlessly clean. We appreciated the small touches like the mini fridge, fan, and USB charging plugs. The beds were really comfy, and there was plenty of space in the family room for our daughter to enjoy the bunk beds. The continental breakfast had a fantastic variety of options, including pancakes, waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, and pastries. It really set us up for the day.

    All was perfectly fine.

The hotel was recently refurbished, very clean, and modern. The hostess was friendly and helpful, providing fresh milk and a small fridge in the bedroom. The hotel's proximity to the tram stop was convenient for getting around. Lots of breakfast choices, including options for lactose intolerance.

There was nothing I didn't like.

My stay at Number 40 was fantastic! I stayed for 1 night and wished I had booked longer. The hotel was spotless and Karen, the host, was warm and welcoming. The breakfast had a great variety and the room was clean and well-decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities, such as the TV and tea making facilities, were a nice touch. The location was convenient, with a tram stop nearby and an easy walk to the sea. Thank you Karen for a delightful stay!

    Would recommend this hotel.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Number 40. the hotel was clean and quiet, and we were able to find free parking on the same road. It's just a short walk from the seafront and tram line, making it convenient for exploring. the host, Karen, was lovely and served a delicious freshly made breakfast every morning. the rooms, although small, had everything we needed and some nice little extras. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced stay in the area. Cons: Nothing I didn't like to be fair. 😊.
